How do I know how many queries I'm using?
Our management interface provides real-time DNS query statistics. At any time you can see exactly how many queries you've used so far for the current period.
What happens if I hit the monthly query limit?
If you're on the DNS Free plan, we'll send you an email asking you to upgrade. We'll send you a reminder if you haven't responded within three days. Your service will not be interrupted unless you ignore our emails.
If you're on any of our paid plans, we'll automatically charge you for the extra queries at the rates posted above. Your service will never be interrupted.
Is there a contract or other term commitment?
No. You are free to cancel at any time.
What if I need to upgrade?
You can switch between plans using our control panel at any time. When upgrading, we automatically credit back the unused portion of the old plan before charging you for the new plan.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from your initial DNS plan sign up date. After the 30-day period, there are no refunds. However, you may still cancel at any time.
We also encourage you to try out our service by using our DNS Free plan which offers nearly all of our features.
What if my credit card fails on renewal?
We'll send you an initial email plus two reminders asking that you login and make payment. Your service will not be interrupted unless you ignore our emails for several days.
